Agave nectar also known as Agave syrup is an organic low glycemic natural liquid sweetener made from the extract of the blue agave. Agave nectar is sweeter than honey and is a great choice for use in deserts, baked goods, sauces, and beverages.

This sweetener is slightly less viscous than honey which makes it easy to use in a variety of ways. Agave nectar amber has a maple-like taste whereas the light variety can easily be used in any recipe, adding sweetness but maintaining the original flavors.

Is sesame flour gluten free ?

love your black sesame tahini and your natural tahini. But I just don't understand how the calcium level is only 4% even if the sesame seeds are unhulled and then the black sesame seeds are hulled but the calcium level is still at 4%. Other brands of unhulled sesame tahini's have 12% calcium. I doubt I'll ever understand it, but I love your products and will keep buying them. But I am always trying to make sure my calcium intake is sufficient on the vegan diet I've been on for 31 or 32 years now, and love to see things with over 10% of my daily suggested amount of calcium in them. But your products are wonderful, and my order was handled very efficiently.
