Order fullfilment
Once your order is received it will be shipped to you as soon as possible, usualy within 1 -2 business days after recieving your order. Please allow one to five days for delivery. In case of delay we will contact you to inform you about your order as soon as possible. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail once your order has been shipped out.

Customized shipping
In case you have any specific wishes in regards to shipping of your order please contact us before or directly after placing your order. We will gladely see what we can do to comply to your specific needs.

Canceling an order
If you want to cancel or change an outstanding order contact us as soon as possible to prevent the order from being shipped. Once the order has been shipped it cannot be canceled. In case of cancelling an outstanding order an administrative fee may apply.
